When you submit a “Schedule a Site Visit” form or contact us (including via WhatsApp or phone), you consent to being contacted by us or our partners (including Aduri Group) for the purpose of scheduling visits, providing information about the Project, and related sales and customer service. All arrangements for site visits and any transactions are subject to separate agreements and applicable laws, including RERA where applicable.

4. Project Information

Information on the Website about the Project (including pricing, amenities, approvals such as MUDA and TG RERA, and layout) is for general information only and may change. We do not guarantee that all details are current or complete at all times. You should verify important details with us before making any decision and visit the project or consult official documents as appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content (text, images, videos, logos, and design) are owned by us or our licensors. The Aduri Golden Heights and Health Village Wellness Center names and related branding are used with appropriate authority.
